The room is furnished and includes a bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk, chair, TV, mirror, and two windows. It is not on the sunny side, which means it remains pleasant during the summer. Since I will be moving out of the room soon, I will leave bed covers and some decorations behind. The room is clean, well-maintained, and truly great for living. :)
- Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl, einen Fernseher, einen Spiegel und zwei Fenster. Es liegt nicht auf der sonnigen Seite, was bedeutet, dass es im Sommer angenehm bleibt. Da ich das Zimmer bald verlassen werde, lasse ich Bettbezüge und einige Dekorationen zurück. Das Zimmer ist sauber, gut gepflegt und wirklich ideal zum Leben.
Ausstattung des Zimmers: Bett mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Fernseher, Netzwerkanschluß.
Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsräume: Einbauküche mit zwei Kühlschränken, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat "Jura" , Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine "Miele" , Staubsauger "Miele" .
Regarding the location - EXCELLENT. Everything is within a 5 to 7-minute walk. There is a shopping center (Carre) with plenty of stores, Aldi is located below the building, Kaufland and Lidl are a 5-minute walk away, the train station (Bahnhof) is an 8-minute walk away, Benz Arena, Wassen... everything is close and easily accessible on foot. There is no need for a car. :))
Was die Lage betrifft - SUPER. Alles ist in 5 bis 7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum (Carre) mit vielen Geschäften, Aldi befindet sich direkt unter dem Gebäude, Kaufland und Lidl sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, der Bahnhof ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt, Benz Arena, Wassen... alles ist in der Nähe und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Auto ist nicht erforderlich.
Currently, there are two girls and one guy living in the apartment. Living with them is absolutely excellent. Everything is a matter of agreement. We lived great together. We would discuss everything, cook dinners together, play cards, poker, sit in the kitchen and talk; it was really fun. It's really nice to have positive people around you, people who would help you, and they are exactly like that. Truly wonderful and quality individuals, and even better roommates.
I am very happy to have met them and to have lived with them. We helped each other in everything, went out together, celebrated birthdays, spent time together, and it was really, really nice. :)
