Das ist kein Zimmer sondern, ein eigenes Reich! Mit Wohnungstür, Flur, blau-gefließtem Bad mit Toskana-Vibes, einem großen Raum, mit zwei Fenstern. Einem knarzigen Dielen-Holzboden und charmanten Dachbalken. Außerdem ist es ruhig und der Blick geht in einen grünen Innenhof.
Es ist ein Traum, seriously.
Es ist möbliert, aber mit anderen Möbeln als auf dem Bild.
Das Zimmer ist allerdings befristet bis März 2024.
Dann könnte man in ein anderes Zimmer in der WG ziehen.
This is not a room but a realm of its own! With a flat door, hallway, blue-tiled bathroom with Tuscany vibes, a large room with two windows. A creaky wooden floor and charming roof beams. It's also quiet, with a view of a green courtyard.
It's a dream, seriously.
Alan will move back to the room in March 2024.

Die WG liegt direkt am Kurpark und Neckar, dem grünen Herzen Canstatts.
Nur 10 Fußminuten zum Canstatter Bahnhof, von dem aus man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist.
Außerdem sind die U-Bahn-Haltestellen Daimlerplatz und Uff-Kirchhoff nur je 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die Weinberge sind nah, genauso wie die Supermärkte Kaufland, Netto und Rewe. Außerdem
die Perlen Canstatts: Die Second Hand Läden.
The shared flat is located directly at the Kurpark and Neckar, the green heart of Canstatt.
It is only a 10-minute walk to the Canstatter train station, from where you can reach the city centre in 5 minutes.
In addition, the Daimlerplatz and Uff-Kirchhoff underground stops are only 5 minutes each away.
The vineyards are close, as are the supermarkets Kaufland, Netto and Rewe. In addition
the pearls of Canstatt: the second-hand shops.
Unsere WG ist aufgeteilt: 2-3 Mitbewohnerinnen sind eher für sich, wir anderen haben die Gemeinschaft geschätzt.
Wir suchen deswegen nach einem Ersatz für mich, die/der auch Bock hat :)
Mit dir werden Ruben (Tatöwierer), Alina (Ausbildung zur Logopädin), Jasmin (studiert VWL), Moritz (studiert Bühnen- und Kostümbild und kocht gern aufwendige Sachen) wohnen!
Alan und ich ziehen aus. Deswegen beginnt mit dir eine neue Phase ! :)

Our flat share is divided: 2-3 flatmates are rather for themselves, the rest of us appreciated the community.
We are therefore looking for a replacement for me who is also up for it :)
Ruben (Tatöwierer), Alina (training to become a speech therapist), Jasmin (studies economics), Moritz (studies stage and costume design and likes to cook elaborate things) will live with you!
