Hallo! Mein Name ist Grace und ich werde mein schönes Zimmer in Stuttgart Bad Canstatt verlassen, da ich mein Praktikum beendet habe. Es ist ein gemütliches Zimmer, voll möbliert mit Bett, Matratze, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, zwei Lampen und Stuhl. Die Küche ist ebenfalls mit Herd, Backofen, Gemeinschaftskühlschrank, Bartisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Staubsauger für die ganze Wohnung. Das Badezimmer wird auch geteilt, es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung.
Die WG ist gut gelegen, an einer Hauptstraße in Bad Cansstatt, man kommt überall leicht hin, da die Ubahn- und Sbahnstationen nur wenige Minuten zu fuß entfernt sind. In der nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Cafés, Fiseure, Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte. Auch der schöne Kursaalpark ist ganz in der nähe. Das Zentrum von Bad Cansstatt ist nur zwei Ubahnstationen entfernt. Der Nachtbus hat eine Haltestelle ganz in der nähe des Hauses, so dass man sich keine Sorgen um den Transport machen muss, wenn man spät Abends nach Hause kommt.
Die beiden anderen Zimmer stehen im Moment leer und werden demnächst vermietet, so dass das WG praktisch von Grund auf neu eingerichtet wird.
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die Sie ohne Aufpreis benutzen können.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 525 und die Kaution beträgt 1000 Euro (Sie können mit dem Vermieter sprechen und in Teilzahlungen zahlen).

Hello! My name is Grace and I will leave my nice room in Stuttgart Bad Canstatt, because I finished my internship. It is a cozy room, fully furnished with bed, mattress, nightstand, desk, closet, bookshelf, two lamps and chair. The kitchen is also equipped with stove, oven, communal refrigerator, bar table and chairs. There is also a vacuum cleaner for the whole apartment. The bathroom is also shared, there are a total of 3 bedrooms in the apartment.
The apartment is well located, on a main street in Bad Cansstatt, you can get everywhere easily, as the subway and streetcar stations are only a few minutes walk away. There are supermarkets, cafes, bakeries and other stores nearby. Also the beautiful Kursaalpark is very close. The center of Bad Cansstatt is only two subway stops away. The night bus has a stop very close to the house, so you don't have to worry about transportation when you come home late at night.
The other two rooms are empty at the moment and will be rented out soon, so the WG will be furnished practically from scratch.
There is a washing machine in the basement that you can use without extra charge
The warm rent is 525 and the deposit is 1000 euros (you can talk to the rental company and pay in installments).
