The room is located in a 8-room-WG at Home&Co Stuttgart Urban (just google it) on the 5th floor. It is about 13-15 m2, has two desks, an office chair, a mirror, a wardrobe, a single bed, a book shelf, a mattress and two bed tables.
There is one window (the room is "under the roof"), which actually gives a lot of light (it is located on the sunny side). Besides, there is a great heating system, so you will not feel cold. In case of any troubles, there are very nice and helpful managers in the building who work every day (5/7) and are ready to assist you.
Speaking of the apartment, there are two shared bathrooms with showers, one large kitchen with several refrigerators, a dish washer, an oven and a microwave oven, and one shared WC (two toilet cabins). There is a great hall with common table for all tenats in case you would like to gather up and spend time together.
Regulary, the common areas are cleaned by cleaning services. If you read untill here and want to apply, please write "teddy bear" at the beginning of your message.
The Internet is great and is included (as all "Nebenkosten") in the rent.

Transport: 8 minutes walk till S-Bahn station "Bad Cannstatt" and 5 minutes walk till U-Bahn "Uff-Kirchhoff";
Shopping: 5 minutes till the shopping mall "CARRÉ Bad Cannstatt" with Lidl, Kaufland, Müller, H&M, etc.
All roommates are very tidy, calm and super friendly. If you have any questions - they are there to help.
For WG needs (toilet paper, soap, etc.), we collect 5 Euros/month per a person.
At the basement, there is a common space with book shelves, a laundry (payment with credit cards), rubbish bins and a parking lot.
