Zwischenmiete: Helles 14m² großes Zimmer in bester 4er WG von Bad Cannstatt

Die Wohnung liegt in der Cannstatter Altstadt am Ende der Fußgängerzone direkt am Neckar. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. REWE und Carree sind 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
U-Bahn Rosensteinbrücke in 2 min
S-Bahn Bad Cannstatt ca. 8 min
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es von der S-Bahn Bad Cannstatt 5 min und zur Uni Vaihingen 15 min mit der S-Bahn.

The flat is located in Cannstatt's old town at the end of the pedestrian zone directly by the Neckar. Everything is within easy walking distance. REWE and Carree are a 5-10 minute walk away.

Underground Rosensteinbrücke 2 min.
S-Bahn Bad Cannstatt approx. 8 min
To the main station from bad cannstatt station it is 5 min and to the university in Vaihingen 15 min by S-Bahn.

Da unser Mitbewohner Ruben Ende März auszieht und Sean ca. Mitte/Ende Juli einzieht, wird in unserer schönen WG ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.

Mit dir zusammen wohnen dann Jeanine, Toni und Marlon. Jeanine macht eine Ausbildung im Tourismusbereich, da das Reisen eine ihrer Leidenschaften ist, macht die Nächte unsicher und probiert gerne mal neue Hobbys aus. Wenn ihre Nähmaschine mal nicht kaputt ist, upcycled sie Kleider. Toni studiert Textildesign an der aka und jobbt nebenher im Cafe, wenn sie nicht gerade strickt, radelt sie durch die Gegend, spricht gerne französisch und macht ab und zu einen Ausflug nach Paris. Marlon ist immer eine entspannte companie und studiert Architektur an der Uni. Neben dem Studium zeichnet er gerne und wenn das Wetter schön ist geht er am liebsten Fahrrad fahren.

Abends kochen wir öfters zusammen und verlegen das Essen bei schönem Wetter gerne auch mal an den Neckar vor der Haustür. Darüber hinaus unternehmen wir auch sonst gerne was, sei es Karten spielen, abends weggehen, Bier/Wein trinken oder wandern. Teilweise sind wir am Wochenende unterwegs, sodass es vorkommen kann, dass man die WG auch mal für sich hat. Falls man also für sich sein will, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem.

Since our flatmate Ruben is moving out at the end of March and Sean is moving in around the middle/end of July, a room is available in our beautiful shared flat for temporary rent.

Jeanine, Toni and Marlon will live with you. Jeanine is doing an apprenticeship in tourism, as travelling is one of her passions, she makes the nights unsafe and likes to try out new hobbies. When her sewing machine is not broken, she upcycles clothes. Toni is studying textile design at the aka and works part-time in a café. When she's not knitting, she's cycling around, speaks French and occasionally takes a trip to Paris. Marlon is always a relaxed companie and studies architecture at university. Besides studying, he likes to draw and when the weather is nice, he loves to go cycling.

In the evenings, we often cook together and, when the weather is nice, we like to take our meals to the Neckar river in front of our house. We also like to do other things, be it playing cards, going out in the evening, drinking beer/wine or hiking. Some of us are sometimes away at the weekend, so it can happen that you have the flat to yourself. So if you want to be on your own, that's not a problem either.

Der Auszugstermin ist flexibel und ist zwischen Mitte bis Ende Juli angesetzt.
