Hello,
I am looking for a student to rent my WG on a short-term basis. The room is availalble from Feb 15 but I am open to subletting it from March also. It is in Bad Cannstatt, Stuttgart and and is a private room with a shared bathroom and kitchen area. The room is cozy, has a garden view and is located in a quiet neighborhood with a U-bahn exactly 4 minutes away.
I am currently traveling to another country so the place is free to be rented for this specific time period.

The WG is 15 minutes away from Stuttgart Center. The U-bahn stop is 4 minutes away while a bus stop is right in front our house and connects us to all areas. Due to close proximity to Bad Cannstatt Old Town alll necessary amenities like shopping areas, markets, groceries is accessible by maximum 10 minute walking. It is ideal location for someone who does not own a car.
My room mates come from very diverse backgrounds. Everyone is very friendly and cooperative. We cook together alot and believe in living together like a family.
Generally the WG is very clean and tidy. We do not have a cleaning plan but make sure to keep the WG organized. We even have a cleaner who cleans entire floors, toilets and shower areas.
The sub-tenant would be expected to cooperate with existing housemates and keep the kitchen area clean and tidy. Generally I would say, they will have no issues in adjusting to this place. The neighborhood is quite peaceful for anyone wanting to work from home. I am living here for almost two years now and I am very satisfied with everything.
