da ich am 1. November (könnte ein paar Tage früher sein) mein Zimmer verlassen werde, wird ein Zimmer für dich in Bad Cannstatt frei. Das Zimmer gewährt ausreichend Platz und ist mit zwei großen Fernster bestückt, dass ausgiebig Licht bietet.
Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen und zwei Kühlschränke. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne.

A nice, 20 m2 room in a 3-bedroom flatshare in central Bad Cannstatt will be free from approx. November 1st (could be a couple of days earlier). The room provides enough space and is equipped with two large windows that offer plenty of light.
There is a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, and two refrigerators. The bathroom has a bathtub.

Das Mehrfamilienhaus befindet sich in perfekte Lage im angesagten Stadtbezirk Bad Cannstatt. Die Bushaltestelle Veielbrunnenweg ist direkt vor unserer Haustüre. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Wilhelmsplatz ist nur 9 min und die S-Bahn 5 min zu Fuß. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, z.B. Netto, Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi und viel mehr.

The apartment is located in a perfect location in Bad Cannstatt district. The bus stop Veielbrunnenweg is right outside our front door. The S-Bahn station takes <5 mins on foot and the U-Bahn station Wilhelmsplatz 9 mins. Also, there are numerous shopping opportunities, e.g. Netto, Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi and many more.
Momentan sind wir zu dritt.
Unser geregelter Putzplan sorgt dafür, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber bleiben.

As for the cleaning, our regular cleaning schedule ensures that the common rooms stay clean.
Preislich liegt das Zimmer bei 335 € warm inkl. Internet, GEZ, Strom, Gas, Hausmeister, NK für Müll + Abwasser.
Die Kaution beträgt 740 €.
Einzug Möglichkeit am 01.11.2021 (oder vor ein paar Tagen ist auch möglich).
Ein Lesetisch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Fernsehtisch und eine Couch können für 180 € übernommen werden.
NB: Ab dem 01.01.2022 kann die ganze Wohnung auch übernommen werden.
