Your room is about 18m2 and has two large windows (no skylights) that make the room very bright. You have a direct view of the Neckar (where the sun rises in the morning). Since we have soundproof windows, you hear very little from the subway. Regarding the furniture, I'll leave most of it (such as the bed, desk and shelves/cabinets) in the room. These would have to be adopted (350€). However, the room is actually quite large, so you can still accommodate your own pieces of furniture.
The apartment has a large kitchen, a large hallway and a bathroom plus a separate guest toilet. About a year ago there was a new washing machine (a deduction of 100 € is due). The WG is well equipped, but you are welcome to bring what you have with you.
The apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building and is located directly on the Neckar and between the subway stops Mühlsteg and Rosensteinbrücke. You can walk to Bad Cannstatt train station in 10 minutes. In 5 minutes you will find the first supermarket. There is also a market 3 times a week - it is only 5 minutes away
Peter and Eva have been living together in the shared apartment for a long time and are super respectful, sweet and always up for a chat. Peter is an electrician and an absolute music fan and Eva works here in Stuttgart as an architect and likes to travel and is always available for a wine or a tea
We are looking for someone who is bright, tidy and no younger than 23 years old :)
The rent amounts to a total of 414€.
Move in date would ideally be between March/April.
