I am looking for a flatmate (female) to my apartment in Stuttgart Bad Canstatt. (2WG)
The apartment has 2 rooms, fully newly renovated, in Spreuergasse Altstadt just 10 steps from Marktstraße, 1 minute to U Bahn Wilhelmsplatz and 5 minutes to Bad Canstatt S bahn station.
The rent is: 550 Eur per month
Utilities: 50 Eur per month
In total warm rent for the room is 600.
Deposit is 1100 Eur.
I live in one of the rooms, and I want to rent the other room. It is newly renovated, painted, and has new floor and heating with thermostat. Has 14 m2 space with high ceilings and fresh view. Room already has a bed, desk, a big drawer(not assembled yet), chair, curtains, and small desk lamp. The person who will come can arrange it based on her own taste with new furniture and design. All the apartment is newly renovated with new rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. All the amenities are ready and except your own room design and clothes you don't need to bring anything. Full equipped kitchen has stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge. The balcony is reached via the kitchen. The apartment also has cellar and attic storage space also space for the bicycle.
The apartment is located in the old town centre of Bad Canstatt and 1 minute walk from the Wilhelmsplatz U Bahn Station, 5 minutes walk to Bad Canstatt S Bahn Station. In max. 3-5 minutes walk distance you can find many supermarkets, a shopping mall, many shops, banks, restaurants, basically everything you need. It is just few steps from two bakeries, coffee shops such as Tschibo, and grocery DM. There are two cafes and one restaurant next to my house. Althought it is very centrally located, it is all quite. Also there is a mineral water fountain in front of the building which I drink my water from there!
I am a masters student and working part time. I am quite an easy going person looking for someone who likes to enjoy common spaces while respecting the personal space.
I speak English, Turkish and German (not very good, but trying to improve :D)
