Das Zimmer ist möbiliert (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch) und hat drei Fenster, dadurch fällt genug Licht ein.
Bilder folgen noch! Ansonsten kannst du auch einfach unter der Webseite vom Studierendenwerk unter „Wohnheim Brückenstraße“ welche finden :)
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in der Nähe der Wilhelma und des Neckars. Zu Fuß ist man in 5min in der Altstadt Bad Canstatts, wo man alles nötige besorgen kann.
Auch die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super. In 4 Minuten bist du an der U-Bahn Station Rosensteinbrücke. Am Campus Stadtmitte ist man in 25 Minuten.
In der WG leben 6 Mädels, alle sind nett und man kann sich gut unterhalten.
Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, ist es wichtig, dass du eingeschriebene*r Student*in bist.
Möglicherweise kann der Mietvertrag auch verlängert werden.
