Du bist auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer in einer Luxus WG mitten in der Stadt? Dann bist du hier genau richtig.
Ich (Valentin) bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner in der sehr schönen und voll ausgestatteten Maisonett Wohnung direkt am Berliner Platz mitten im Zentrum Stuttgarts. Gemütlich wohne ich hier auf knapp 200 qm und du kannst das Büro für Home-Office mitbenutzen.
Aber überzeuge dich gerne selbst und schaue am besten die Bilder an.
Beste Lage direkt in der Stadt mit bester Anbindungen an ÜPNV und entspannte Parksituation mit Bewohnerparkausweis.
Rewe, Apotheke etc. sind direkt ums Eck.
Ich (Valentin) bin selbstständiger Unternehmensberater und arbeite teilweise von zuhause aus, bin aber auch viel unterwegs oder im Urlaub.
Ein entspanntes WG Leben stehet im Vordergrund und ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis ist mir wichtig.
Wir haben eine Putzfrau die jede 2. Woche kommt (75€ pP / Monat) und die Wohnung ist generell sehr sauber, und das sollte auch so bleiben. ;)
