Are you interested in living in Degerloch in WG 4? We have an offer for you! :)
We are an international and very diverse WG, you will share the flat with 3 more very nice people.
Due to the end of my internship, my time at the WG is coming to an end therefore my room will be available starting from the 1st of August.
The bedroom is, I think, well described by the photos. I can add that all the furniture will stay when I move (wardrobe, bookshelf, drying rack, chair, desk, desk chair, bedside table, laundry basket, picture frame but not the duvet). The bed is generally a single, but can be extended to a double: there are two mattresses and two box springs.
If you are interested, contact me and I will give you more information and we arrange a visit if it is possible for you.
Location.
The flat is located in the center of Degerloch, the Ubahn and Bus station are 5 min away as well as supermarket (Rewe, Edeka, TeGut, All_NAtura, Bäckerei,...). The town centre is 10 minutes away by public transport (Charlottenplatz, Schlossplatz, etc.). For sports enthusiasts, there is an ice rink, climbing centre, athletics stadium, football pitch and running forest 600 m away. Near the Ubahn, there is the municipal library and on Saturdays and Wednesdays, a market takes place in front of the church, 5 minutes away.
Regarding the WG
As you can imagine, our rhythms of life are very different, but even so, we like to talk when we meet, and why not, sometimes we cook together and share in the kitchen... Our WG is the place where we feel comfortable to share and chat but also we understand that there are times when all that you need is just grab a tea and snuggle into your bed. The most important thing for us is to be respectful (starting with housekeeping rules).
