Wir wollen das Zimmer am liebsten nur für einige Monate zwischenvermieten. Wenn du also was auf die Schnelle für eins, zwei Monate oder auch Wochen suchst, schreib uns auf jeden Fall.
Die Wohnung wurde 2019 neu renoviert und besteht aus einer Küche, Bad (Dusche, Fenster), einem großen Zimmer.
Schreibt uns gerne kurz, wer ihr seid, wenn ihr Interesse an der Wohnung habt. Wir freuen uns, von euch zu hören!
- 2 min zu Fuß von der S1-Bahnstation Esslingen-Mettingen; 15 min mit der S1 zum Hbf Stuttgart, 2 min mit der S1 zum Bahnhof in Esslingen
- sehr gut an den öffentlichen Transport angebunden, Bäckerei und Post direkt nebenan, Apotheke, Sportplatz, Supermärkte, Neckar, Weinberge etc. sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen
Wir werden uns in einer Umzugsphase befinden und nicht immer in Stuttgart und Region sein.

- very well connected to public transport, bakery and post office right next door, pharmacy, sports field, supermarkets, Neckar river, vineyards etc. very easy to reach on foot
