We are a young couple living in an individual house and have rented out the top floor on a two person flat share basis. Currently a single room is available on this floor. The other room is already occupied by a young male tenant who works from home. The room is fully furnished including bed linen, fan, etc. There is a common toilet and bathroom, kitchen with utensils and appliances and a big balcony to share with the flatmate. The rent is 500€ including heating, electricity, wifi, garbage, GEZ. Deposit is 1300€. there is also a washing machine and dryer in the basement. Ubahn and bus stops are at 3 min walking distance from the house. Grocery, pharmacy and bakery are at a 5 min walking distance.
Online viewing of the living space is possible and recommended.
Since we live in the same house we are available in case any help is required.

Wir sind ein junges Paar und wohnen in einem Doppelhaushälfte. Die 2.Etage haben wir als WG für 2 Personen vermietet. Momentan ist ein Zimmer frei. In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt bereits ein junger Mann, der im Homeoffice arbeitet. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert und ein großes Balkon gehört auch noch dazu. Die Miete ist 500€ und Kaution 1300€. Die U-Bahn und Bushaltestellen sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Apotheke, ein Bäckerei und ein Einkaufsmarkt sind 5 Minuten von dem Haus entfernt.
Bei Interesse ist eine online Besichtigung nach Terminvereinbarung möglich und empfohlen.
Da wir im selben Haus wohnen, werden wir bei Bedarf gerne helfen.
