As I will go abroad for some time, we have a room available. The room has 23 sqm and is furnished.
The whole apartment has about 78 sqm and was renovated about 2.5 years ago. The kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated and furnished in a modern way. Bathroom and toilet are divided into two rooms. In addition, the apartment has two large storerooms in the basement and among all residents a fairly large garden can be shared.
The rent includes all bills. There are no additional costs.
The apartment is only a short walk away from the centre of Feuerbach and at the same it is located in a green neighbourhood. The subway stop Föhrich connect to the U6, U13 and U16 and is only a short walk away. The city centre and main station are only 15 minutes away. To the airport it takes around 40 minutes.
In addition, the Sportpark and Lembach are right around the corner.
The apartment is a shared flat with my current roommates Sheyma and Tobias. Since we are both working, we are usually not home during the day. Once in a while we cook something, have a barbecue in the garden with friends or have friends over for a TV/cooking/game evening in the apartment. You are welcome to join us here. Personally, we also enjoy sports.
