das möblierte Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und sehr hell. Insgesamt hat unsere Wohnung 5 Zimmer und befindet sich im 2. Stock eines dreistöckigen Altbaus.
Das Zimmer ist ab 01.03.2022 beziehbar.

Unsere Wohnung liegt in Feuerbach, in der Nähe der Stadtbahnhaltestelle Föhrich (U6, U13, U16) und in Laufweite zur Haupteinkaufsstraße Stuttgarter Straße. Dort gibt es viele Supermärkte (Netto, Lidl, Aldi, dm, edeka), Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheken...
Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in 15 min. am Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof und im Stadtzentrum. Zum internationalen Flughafen fährt man ca. 1 Stunde, seit dem 11.12. fährt die Stadtbahn U6 direkt von uns zum Flughafen.
Kurze Fahrtzeiten ausn nach Zuffenhausen, Ditzingen, Renningen und Ludwigsburg.
Wir wohnen in der Nähe vom Wald, man ist schnell im Grünen zum spazieren gehen, joggen, radeln...

Our flat lies in Feuerbach, nearby Stadtbahn Station Föhrich (U6, U13, U16) and within walking distance to Stuttgarter Straße, the main shopping road in Feuerbach with supermarkets (netto, LIDL, Aldi, EDEKA, dm) bakeries, butchers...
It takes about 15 minutes by public transport to get to the train station Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof and the city centre of Stuttgart. To the international airport Stuttgart it takes about 1 hour.
Short travel time to Zuffenhausen, Ditzingen and Renningen.
It is also easy to go for walks in the woods nearby.
Wir sind 1 Frau (50) und zwei Männer (27 und 30, beide ursprünglich aus Indien), alle berufstätig. Wir sprechen Englisch und Deutsch miteinander.
Seit Corona sind wir hauptsächlich im Home office tätig. Insofern verbringen wir jobmäßig viel Zeit zuhause.
Wir interessieren uns für Sprachen und Reisen, kochen, nähen, tanzen, western reiten, schwimmen, Badminton, Tennis, Tischtennis, Fußball, Natur... und versuchen, nachhaltiger zu leben. Das ist leider nicht immer so einfach.
Wir haben gerne Freunde zu Besuch, sind aber keine Party-WG.
Ende Februar - je nach Coronalage - wird einer von uns seinen Job in Berlin vor Ort wahrnehmen und umziehen müssen.
Der andere wird seine Masterarbeit abgeschlossen haben und zurück nach Indien gehen.
