Hallo Suchende/r,
das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm und hat Schrägen, die es sehr gemütlich machen und ist Teil einer riesigen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung im Stuttgarter Süden, direkt am Marienplatz. Für die warmen Tage im Jahr haben wir Außenjalousien an den Dachfenstern angebracht. Dadurch fühlt man sich auch im Sommer wohl.
Die Wohnung hat einen riesigen Flur, ein noch größeres Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher, großer Couch, einen Kicker-Tisch, Sideboard, und alles was man sonst so braucht. Es ist genügend Platz um ein, zwei Möbelstücke und anderen KrimsKrams von euch im Wohnzimmer oder Flur unterzubringen.
Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Badezimmer. Ein kleines Bad mit Toilette und Dusche und ein großes mit zwei Waschbecken, Dusche, Wanne mit Jacuzzi-Funktion (!) und Stauraum.
Die Küche bietet ebenso viel Platz, einen kleinen Balkon und alle Utensilien, die man so benötigt: Waschmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und den anderen Kleinkram wie Töpfe etc
Die komplette Wohnung - bis auf Bäder - sind mit hochwertigem Parkett ausgelegt und die Wände sind zum Teil neu gestrichen worden. Lockdown sei Dank :)
Auch wenn dir der Preis etwas höher erscheinen sollte, lohnt es sich echt einen Blick in unser Prachtstück zu werfen! :)

the room is about 14 square meters and has slopes that make it very comfortable and is part of a huge, very well equipped apartment in the south of Stuttgart, right on Marienplatz. For the warm days of the year, we have attached external blinds to the roof windows, which makes summer temperatures much more tolerable
The apartment has a huge hallway, an even larger living room with a comfortable, large couch, a fooßball table, sideboard and everything you need, and there is additional space to accommodate any furniture of yours as well!
The apartment has two bathrooms. A small bathroom with toilet and shower and a large one with two sinks, shower, tub with jacuzzi function (!) and storage space.
The kitchen offers just as much space, a small balcony and all the utensils that you need: washing machine, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and other small items such as pots, etc.
The entire apartment - except for the bathrooms - is designed with high-quality parquet and some of the walls have been repainted thanks to lockdown :)
Even if the price seems a bit higher, it's really worth taking a look at our gem!

Im Dachgeschoss in der Tübinger Straße direkt am Marienplatz hast du wohl die beste Lage in Stuttgart erwischt und einen super Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt. Viele Bars und Cafés liegen direkt vor der Tür und auch sämtliche Supermärkte (REWE, DM, Norma, Edeka, Naturgut, Aldi etc.) sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist auch genial. Direkt vom Marienplatz fahren diverse Ubahnlinien und Busse und die S-Bahn Station Feuersee ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

On the top floor in Tübinger Strasse directly at Marienplatz you have probably got the best location in Stuttgart and a great view over the roofs of the city. Many bars and cafes are right outside the door. Supermarkets (REWE, DM, Norma, Edeka, Naturgut, Aldi, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity. The connection to public transport is also great. Various subway lines and buses run directly from Marienplatz (2 minutes walk) and the Feuersee S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Du würdest mit Gary und Mario zusammenwohnen. Gary und Mario arbeiten beide an ihrer Doktorarbeit und sind total umgänglich.
Unter der Woche ist es meist ein wenig entspannter, da alle einen geregelten Tagesablauf haben. Gemeinsame Netflix Abende oder entspannt etwas trinken/essen steht aber dennoch regelmäßig auf dem Programm. Wir gehen oft zusammen aus, um etwas zu trinken, zu essen, Tischtennis zu spielen oder im Park Basketball zu spielen. Es wird viel gemeinsam unternommen, jedoch ist das kein Muss.
Sonst ist die WG hervorragend ausgestattet. Kicker, riesen Couch, Whirlpool, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, separates WC, Balkon, Internetflatrate und so weiter bieten alles was das Herz begehrt.

You would live with Gary and Mario - both PhD students. Both of whom are totally affable. During the week it's usually a bit more relaxed, since everyone has a regular daily routine. Netflix evenings together or relaxing for a drink/eat are still regularly on the program. We often go out together for drinks, food, table tennis or basketball in the park. Everyone enjoys their time together but also respects each other’s privacy. In general a lot is done together, but it is not a must.
Otherwise the WG is excellently equipped. Table football, huge couch, bathtub, dishwasher, washing machine, separate toilet, balcony, internet flat rate and so on offer everything your heart desires.

Die Miete beträgt 659€ + 69€ Nebenkosten. Außerdem fällt für die Kaution 1000€ an (welche du beim Auszug jedoch wieder bekommst). Das Zimmer ist ab 15.07.23 verfügbar (flexibel), aber es kann auch später vermietet werden (max. 01.08.23). Für die Möbel, wir können ein Preis zusammen diskutieren oder unmöbliert mieten.
Wir wohnen in einer internationalen WG und sprechen alle englisch miteinander.

The rent is 659€ + 69€ additional costs. There is also a deposit of €1000 (which you will get back when you move out). The room will be available from 15.07.23 but it can also be later (until 01.08.23). For the furnitures we can discuss a price or remove it.
The flat has traditionally been an international flat with people speaking English as the main language.
