The flat is in Ludwigsburg-Mitte and close to Stuttgart!
A large and friendly room (about 24 m2), old building and in top location is available.
Marketplace view.
Furnished rental (with closet, mattress or sofa bed, sofa, table, sideboard, lamps - we can renew some of the vintage furniture if you wish so). Wifi, water, heating, power is included. Of course you can use the kitchen and the bathroom.
All stores for daily needs (bakery in about 2 minutes) as well as cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Twice a week there is a nice market.
The bus to the train station can be reached in two minutes. Walking distance to the train station: about 10 minutes.
The atmospheric market square with its fountain and a very diverse gastronomy is the meeting place in Ludwigsburg to relax.

Der stimmungsvolle Marktplatz mit seinem Brunnen und einer sehr vielfältigen Gastronomie ist der Treffpunkt in Ludwigsburg zum Entspannen und Bummeln.
