You will move into a spacious 21m² room with gorgeous wood flooring and two big windows. That means you will get plenty of light into the room. From your windows you will have a nice view of the historic mausoleum on top of the Württemberg.The room is equipped with a cable outlet as well as an ethernet outlet.
Du wohnst im Stuttgarter Stadteil Luginsland im Bezirk Untertürkheim, direkt an den Weinbergen was zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen und schönen Abenden einlädt. Gleichzeitig ist auch Bushaltestelle in nur 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und man hat damit Anschluss an den Untertürkheimer Bahnhof, von dem man mit der Bahn in 10 min am Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof ist. In Untertürkheim gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten darunter ein Kaufland, CAP Markt und viele Restaurants.
You will live in Luginsland, a district in the Untertürkheim borough. The house is situated right next to hills of grapevines, which invite to beautiful walks and evenings. At the same time, there is a bus stop reachable in 5 min by foot, which connects to Untertürkheim Bahnhof. From there you can catch a train which will take you to the city centre in 10 min. In Untertürkheim you also have access to multiple shopping options (e.g. Kaufland and CAP Markt) and many restaurants.
Wenn du einziehst, wohnst du mit Marco (20) zusammen. Er hat gerade seine Ausbildung zum Verwaltungsfachangestellten abgeschlossen und arbeitet nun im Rathaus. Er geht Anfang 2024 auf große Weltreise, weswegen die Wohnung dann komplett neu vermietet wird.
You will move in with Marco (20). He just finished his apprenticeship as an administrative clerk and now works in a town hall. He will leave on a world trip at the start of 2024, which is the reason why the whole flat will be leased anew in March 2024.
