One of the three rooms is currently available, and for a long time also the third and largest room. Perfect for starting a flat share. The apartment is fully furnished and all kitchen utensils are available. You don't have to worry about corkscrews and the like :) There is a dishwasher, a kettle and actually everything you need.(except washing machine it’s broken).
The room (19m2) furnished costs 562 euros per month plus GEZ and Internet.
LIDL is near the building, and Stuttgart's Schlossplatz is only a 5-10 minute walk away. One can go to Charlottenplatz, which is also within walking distance.
Very close by is the Schlossgarten, one of the most famous parks in Stuttgart, where you can go for a walk and play sports in the summer. Because this park is quite big and connects with the Bad Cannstatt 😊.
Unfortunately, there is no common room, but there were regular meetings in the shared kitchen or in one of the really bright rooms :) the best thing to do is to see for yourself and come by! If you have any further questions, we are of course happy to help.
Stuttgart main station can also be reached by subway from Olgaeck in 5 minutes.
The furniture consists of a large bed, IKEA wardrobe, IKEA side cabinet, lamp and wall shelves, table, chair, shoes rack, artificial pots, curtains, wall clock, big mirror and small table.
The room is very large about 19m2, it has a large space. I only leave the room for work reasons. We also have wifi.
