warm ist zutreffend, denn es ist Sommer und wir wohnen im Kessel! Und Klimawandel, nuja.
Aber mit Fenster auf gehts. :)
Du schaust auf eine ruhige Straße, es hat Holzboden und ein 1,40 Bett. Viel Platz für Dinge wird nicht sein (vielleicht so eine Schublade? Und ein Fach?)
denn es ist ja nur für einen Monat.
Außerdem steht da ein toller Sessel und eine Werkbank.

You'll look out onto quiet road, the floor's wood and the bed 1,40m. There won't be a lot of space for things (maybe one drawer and a shelf in the wardrobe?)
but then it's only for one month.
Apart from this: a great arm chair and a work bench)
zentraler gehts kaum! einmal durch den Park, in 12 Minuten (ohne Rucksack und im Laufschritt in 10) am Gleis des Hbfs.
Auf der anderen Seite gibts Falafel (vielleicht die besten Stuttgarts) in einem irakischen Laden, außerdem noch mehr Dönerkram, einen Stoffeladen, etwas weiter dann Cafés und in die beide Richtungen (Bio)Supermärkte.
Bedeutet Lage auch "Lage im Haus"? - 5ter Stiock, ohne Aufzug, macht schöne Waden!
Bushaltestelle Staatgalerie ist 1 Minute entfernt, Ubahn Staatgalerie oder Neckartor je 5,5 Minuten
you won't believe how central! 12 minutes to the main station platforms (10 without backpack and slightly jogging)
to the other side you can eat (perhaps Stuttgart's best) falafel in a iraqi shop and also more döner and then further up the road cafés, and also (into both directions) (bio)supermarkets.
And the location in the house: 5th floor, no elevator, for nice calfs!
the next bus stop is 1 minute away, Ubahn (tram) stop Staatgalerie or Neckartor about 5.5 minutes.
entspannt, viel offene Türen, auch mal ruhig und spontane Gespräche beim Kaffee oder Apfelsaft in der Küche.
Maxi, Linda und ? (wird auch im August einziehen) sind alle auch viel unterwegs, wir laufen uns aber auch regelmäßig über den Weg und haben Spaß!
relaxed, open doors, a good amount of quiet, not a lot of partying (more outdoors!) - and spontaneous coffees or apple juices in the kitchen.
Maxi, Linda and ? (will move in in August) are all out of the house quite a bit but we're bumping into each other regularly and have fun!
