Beide sind sehr nett und freuen sich auf eine harmonische WG in der man auch mal gemeinsam etwas unternimmt, sofern es in den Zeitplan des anderen passt. Jeder kann aber natürlich auch Zeit für sich und seine Sachen haben, das ist ja klar.
Das Haus verfügt über 2 Aufzüge. Es hat eine Dachterasse mit einem spektakulärem 360° Blick über ganz Stuttgart und mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Im Keller gibt es einen hauseigenen Waschsalon und 3 Fahrradkeller.
Bis zum Bäcker sind es nur wenige Meter.
Bis zur Stuttgarter Stadtmitte ist es ein Spaziergang.
Bis zur U-Bahn Station Dobel sind es nur 200m, von dort aus ist man super schnell sowohl in der Stadt, als auch in den Unis Mitte und Vaihingen.
Trotz der Stadtnähe liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
