12 m2 Zimmer mit Fenster nach Süden. Es ist ein helles Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat einen Einbauschrank, ein eigenes Waschbecken, neue Fenster und eine Holzdecke. Der Boden ist Laminat.
300€ Kaltmiete und 110€ Nebenkosten in denen alles, also GEZ, Internet, Warmwasser und Heizkosten, enthalten sind.
Im Bad gibt es sowohl Dusche, als auch eine Badewanne. Die beiden Waschbecken deiner Mitbewohner (Saish und Vroshab) sind ebenfalls dort.
Die Küche hat einen Ofen, ein Ceranfeld, eine Waschmaschine und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe, in dem dir ein Fach und eine Ebene gehören wird.

The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The two washbasins of your flatmates (Saish and Vroshab) are also there.
The kitchen has an oven, a ceramic hob, a washing machine and a fridge with freezer, in which you will have one shelf and one level.
Das Zimmer liegt in Stuggi Mitte, im 4. OG. Nachdem du die Treppen überwunden hast, sind Eugensplatz, und die beiden Verkehrsdrehscheiben Charlottenplatz und Hauptbahnhof schnell und einfach zu erreichen (13 Minuten zu beiden). Verkehrstechnisch ist die Lage klasse. Die Werastraße ist auch nicht sonderlich laut oder viel befahren.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich am Olgaeck. Ansonsten kannst du auch in Mitte im Königsbau einkaufen.
Ganz nahe ist das Café Silberknie. Es bietet auch To Good To Go an, da sollte man aber schnell sein. Am Eugensplatz ganz in der Nähe befindet sich die Pinguin Eisdiele, die auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist, um eisessend über die Stadt zu schauen.
The room is located in Stuggi Mitte, on the 4th floor. Once you have climbed the stairs, Eugensplatz and the two transportation hubs Charlottenplatz and Hauptbahnhof can be reached quickly and easily (13 minutes to both). In terms of transportation, the location is great. Werastraße is also not particularly noisy or busy.
Shopping facilities can be found on Olgaeck. Otherwise you can also shop in the Königsbau in Mitte.
Café Silberknie is very close by. It also offers To Good To Go, but you need to be quick. The Pinguin ice cream parlor is very close by on Eugensplatz and is definitely worth a visit to enjoy an ice cream while looking out over the city.
Die WG hat leider kein Gemeinschaftszimmer/Wohnzimmer. Ich habe 4 Jahre in dem Zimmer gewohnt und hatte die unterschiedlichsten Mitbewohner*innen und WG-Leben. Da Souvik und ich, also 2 von 3, ausziehen, beginnt eine neue Zeit. Vroshab kenne ich nur vom Casting. Saish ist sehr nett, kann deutsch, englisch und indisch. An Halloween waren wir zusammen feiern. Er kocht gerne und hat das Zimmer neben dir.
Unfortunately, the shared flat doesn't have a shared room/living room. I lived in the room for 4 years and had all kinds of roommates and shared flat life. Now that Souvik and I, 2 out of 3, are moving out, a new era is beginning. I only know Vroshab from the casting. Saish is very nice, speaks German, English and Indian. We went partying together on Halloween. He likes to cook and has the room next to yours.

Ich bin in der Kalenderwoche 7 Skifahren. Ausgenommen von dieser Woche ist eine Besichtigung zu jeder Zeit möglich.
