Ich suche jemanden, der für zwei Monate ein Zimmer braucht (April und Mai), ich ziehe ich danach aus dem Studentenwohnheim aus, weshalb ich es nicht längerfristig vermieten kann.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 4-er-WG mit Küche, Bad und Toilette. es gibt einen eigenen Balkon, der in den Innenhof zeigt. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert mit Schreibtisch, Schrank und Bett.

Hey,
I'm looking for someone who needs a room for two months (April and May), after which I'll be moving out of the student dormitory, which is why I can't rent it out long-term.
The room is in a 4-person shared apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is a private balcony that faces the inner courtyard. The room is fully furnished with a desk, closet and bed.

Das Zimmer ist super zentral, in 10 min ist man zu Fuß am Berliner Platz oder bei der Uni Stuttgart und mit Bus in 5 min in Stadtmitte. Der Bus ist 1 min entfernt. Mit einem anderen Bus 5 min entfernt (Linden-Museum) ist man in 3 min am Hauptbahnhof.
Die Gegend ist super schön, man kann naheliegend auf eine Anhöhe laufen, mit Blick über Stuttgart, außerdem ist der Stadtgarten mit Uni-Bib nur 5 min entfernt.

The room is super central, you can reach Berliner Platz or the University of Stuttgart in 10 minutes on foot and in the city center in 5 minutes by bus. The bus is 1 minute away. Another bus 5 minutes away (Linden Museum) takes you to the main station in 3 minutes.
The area is super beautiful, you can easily walk to a hill with a view over Stuttgart, and the city garden with the university library is only 5 minutes away.
Es leben Studenten in der WG, häufig wechselnd, sodass keine enge Dynamik besteht. Wir sind alle freundlich miteinander, und kochen gelegentlich zusammen. Ansonsten hat jeder gerne seine Ruhe zum Lernen.
There are living students in the WG, often changing, so there is no stiff dynamic. We are friendly with each other und sometimes cook together :) Beside that everyone likes to have their space for studying.
