Das Zimmer ist mit einem französischen Bett (1,40 x 2,00 m), einer Kommode, einem Flachbild-TV, einem Schreibtisch und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Sie haben Ihren eigenen Minikühlschrank in der Küche und es gibt 3 Duschen und 3 separate Badezimmer.
Die Wohnküche verfügt über fünf Kühlschränke, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Esstisch.
Das Badezimmer hat Tageslicht und drei Duschen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der freundlich, sauber und locker ist. Wenn Sie der Meinung sind, dass Sie dieser Beschreibung entsprechen, zögern Sie nicht, mir eine Nachricht zu senden. Das Einzugsdatum ist der späteste 15. Juli 2020 und der Mindestaufenthalt ist bis zum 1. Oktober 2020. Sie können jedoch nach diesem Datum so lange bleiben, wie Sie möchten. Hey! The rent is 600 euros (electrical, water and heating bills are inluded). The room is furnished with a French bed (1.40mx2.00m), a chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV, a desk and a wardrobe. You have your own mini fridge in the kitchen and there are 3 showers and 3 seperate bathrooms.
The eat-in kitchen has five refrigerators, a dishwasher and a dining table.
The bathroom has natural light and has three showers.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and easy going, if you think you fit this description than dont hesitate to message me. The move in date is latest July 15th 2020 and the minimum stay is until October 1st 2020, but you could stay for as long as you like after this date. If you are interested in the room, send me a brief description about who you are.

Sie befinden sich in der Nähe aller Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Lebensmittelgeschäfte: Edeka ist auf der anderen Straßenseite, Lidl ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Rewe ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Ernsthaft die beste Lage in Stuttgart!

The room is located in front Olgaek u-bahn station, and walking distance of 2 minutes to Charlotenplatz u-bahn station, 5 minutes to Schlossplatz & 10 minutes to Stadmitte U-bahn and S-bahn. Transportation links: 1 minute walk to U5, U6, U7, U12, U15 - H Olgaeck, 3 minutes walk to bus 42 - H Olgaeck. You are close to all the restaurants, bars, shopping and sight seeing.
Grocery stores: Edeka is accross the street, Lidl is 2 minute walk away and Rewe is a 7 minute walk. Seriously the best location in Stuttgart!
Jeder in der Wohnung lernt oder arbeitet. Ab und zu trinken sie nach der Arbeit gerne ein Bier und entspannen sich. Jeder ist respektvoll gegenüber den anderen Mitbewohnern und versteht sich gut.
Everyone in the flat is studying or working. They like to have a beer from time to time after work and relax. Everyone is respectful towards the other flatmates and gets along well.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, ideal für diejenigen, die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel benötigen. Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Geschirrspüler.
Wir haben 3 Duschen und 3 separate Badezimmer.
*** Für diejenigen mit Autos *** Wenn Sie die Wohnung bei den Stuttgarter Behörden anmelden, können Sie einen Parkausweis für 40 Euro pro Jahr erhalten und das ganze Jahr über überall in der Wohnung parken. Wenn Sie nicht bezahlen möchten, gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze den Hügel hinauf 10-15 Minuten entfernt.

The flat is very central, great for those who need to use public transportation. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
We have 3 showers, and 3 seperate bathrooms.
***For those with cars*** If you register the apartment with Stuttgart authorities, you can get a parking pass for 40 euros a year and park anywhere around the apartment all year. If you do not want to pay, there are free parking spots up the hill 10-15 minutes away.
