Das Zimmer ist sehr hell durch die 2 großen Fenster und gut geschnitten. Die Möbel sind alle von dem Vermieter und bleiben daher drinnen. Die 200 € Abschlag sind für die Nutzung dieser Möbel sowie die Küche (inklusive Spülmaschine) und Bad mit Waschmaschine. Auf dem Foto nicht zu sehen ist ein Kleiderschrank, den ich nicht aufgebaut habe, da ich ihn platztechnisch nicht gebraucht habe. Bei Bedarf kann dieser auch verwendet werden.
Die Lage der WG ist top! Es sind zu Fuß 10min zum Hauptbahnhof. Die nächste U-Bahnstation Rathaus ist eine Gehminute entfernt. Ebenfalls schnell fußläufig erreichbar ist die U-Bahnstation Charlottenplatz. Ein Rewe ist direkt um die Ecke.
In der WG leben Emma (20) und Jens (22). Beide studieren hier in Stuttgart. Der gesuchte Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin wird selbstverständlich in Abstimmung mit den beiden erfolgen :)
