In unserer wunderschönen, großen, sauberen und renovierten Altbau-WG in Stuttgart Mitte werden gleich drei Zimmer frei. Das hier ausgeschriebene Zimmer ist mit 17,5 m² das kleinste in der WG, aber bietet trotzdem genug Stauraum & Licht.
Außerdem sind in der WG noch zwei weitere Zimmer verfügbar: 19m² und 21m² (siehe Fotos oben + Anzeigen Nr.8377074 und 8377047).
Von den Vormietern können bei Bedarf ein Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl übernommen werden (Foto Room3, Preis verhandelbar).
Zimmerübernahme ab dem 15.12.2020 wäre ideal, falls dies problematisch ist, ginge auch der 01.01.2021.
Die Miete ist warm, dazu kommen noch 42€ sonstige Kosten für Strom, Internet (400Mbit/s) und GEZ.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben einen wunderschönen großen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht in einen kleinen Innenhof mit Kastanienbäumen. An den Balkon schließt sich unser kleines, aber feines Wohnzimmer an (welches wir gemeinsam neu einrichten würden, da die Vormieter die Ausstattung mitnehmen). Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte: Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd/Ofen, Spülmaschine. Im Bad haben wir eine Dusche, zwei Waschbecken und einen Wäschetrockner. Die Waschmaschine nehmen die Vormieter ebenfalls mit und wir würden eine neue anschaffen.
Für die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsräume gibt es pro Person eine Ablösesumme von ca. 110€, welche du bei deinem Auszug an deinen Nachmieter weitergeben kannst.
Im Innenhof kann außerdem für ca. 120€/Monat ein Parkplatz gemietet werden.
A total of three rooms is available in our wonderful, spacious, clean and renovated old building in Stuttgart Mitte. The room in this ad is the smallest one in our shared flat (17.5m²), but still has enough space and light.
Two other rooms are available in the shared flat: 19m² and 21m² (see photos above + ads no. 8377074 and 8377047).
The previous tenants would like to sell a desk and desk chair if your are interested (photo room3, price negociable).
Taking over the room from 15.12.2020 onwards would be ideal. If this is problematic for you, 01.01.2021 is also an option.
The rent is warm. Additional costs are 42€ (power, Internet (400Mbit/s) and GEZ (Internet/TV/radio licence fee).
The flat is very spacious and well equipped. We have a wonderful big balcony with a great view on a small courtyard with chestnut trees. From the balcony you get into our small, but cool living room (that we would furnish together because the previous tenants take all the equipment). The kitchen disposes of all necessary gadgets: fridge, freezer, stover/oven, dishwasher. In the bathroom we have a shower, two sinks and a dryer. The previous tenants are also taking the washing machine and we would have to get a new one.
For the equipment of the shared spaces each of us has to pay about 110€ to the outgoing tenants. You can claim this money back from the next tenant when you’re moving out.
You can also rent a parking space in the courtyard for about 120€/month.
Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral: nur fünf Minuten von der S-Bahn-Station Stadtmitte/Rotebühlplatz und eine Minute vom Österreichischen Platz entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (wie Edeka & Aldi im Gerber und City Rewe in der Galeria Kaufhof) sind gleich um die Ecke, genauso wie Bars, Kinos, Theater usw. Die Lage ist wirklich top!
The flat is located in the heart of the city: only 5 min from the train station „Stadtmitte/Rotebühlplatz“ and a minute from Österreichischer Platz. Shopping opportunities (like Edeka & Aldi in the shopping mall Gerber and City Rewe in Galeria Kaufhof) are just around the corner, as well as bars, cinemas, theatres etc. The location could not be any better!
Da mehrere meiner Mitbewohner ausziehen, suche ich gleich mehrere sympathische Menschen um eine neue WG zu starten.
Ich bin 35 Jahre alt, Lehrerin am Gymnasium und Sprach- & Reiseliebhaberin. In meiner Freizeit lerne ich Spanisch, gehe ins Aqua Power und fahre gerne Fahrrad. Bereits seit 16 Jahren wohne ich in WGs, bin also ein absoluter Fan dieser Lebensform und suche offene und interessierte Menschen, die diese Einstellung teilen.
Hobby- und berufsbedingt habe ich manchmal nicht so viel Zeit, aber freue mich trotzdem immer über ein Schwätzchen in der Küche, ein gemeinsames Essen oder eine gemeinsame WG-Unternehmung. Ich würde mich als herzlich, offen, unkompliziert, lustig und tolerant beschreiben und wünsche mir Mitbewohner, die ebenfalls ein entspanntes WG-Leben und eine saubere Wohnung schätzen.
As a few housemates will be moving out, I’m looking for three nice people to start a new shared flat adventure together.
I’m 35 years old, secondary school teacher and language and travel enthusiast. In my free time I learn Spanish, go to my Aqua Power class or like to ride my bike. I have lived in shared flats for 16 years now, which means that I’m a real fan of this lifestyle and I’m looking for open-minded and interested people that share this attitude.
Because of my hobbies and my job I’m sometimes quite busy, but despite that, I always appreciate a nice talk in the kitchen, a shared meal or other types of hanging out with the flatmates. I would describe myself as a hearty, open-minded, easy-going, funny and tolerant person and I’m looking for flatmates that also appreciate a good atmosphere in the flat and a nice level of tidiness.
