Unsere Wohnung liegt infrastrukturell sehr gut am Olgaeck in der Rosenstr.
Alle Geschäfte + U-Bahn in direkter Umgebung. Kleines Zimmer mit Hochbett, dadurch vergrößert sich die Nutzfläche. Kann aber auch abgebaut werden, keine Übernahmekosten für das Bett vorgesehen( ohne Matratze).
Bisher wohnten zwei Pärchen und ich in der WG. Nun sind nacheinander beide ausgezogen und seit 2 Monaten ein neuer Mitbewohner (38), gelernter Schreiner und arbeitet momentan bei der Post und eine neue Mitbewohnerin (30), ehemals in der Pflege tätig und jetzt als Tätowiererin, eingezogen. Ab 15.07. zieht noch eine professionelle Tänzerin am Theater(25) ein. Also sind nun quasi alle neu und kennen sich nicht, gleicht einer Neugründung..:)...klingt doch spannend..?
Ich habe eine Ausbildung zum Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie, bin aber seit 10 Jahren als Betriebsleiter in der Food-Gastro tätig. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich meist zum Gleitschirmfliegen, Klettern oder Motorradfahren.
