The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and electrical appliances, large fridge freezer.
Common rooms/bathrooms are cleaned twice a week, room cleaning including bed linen change takes place every two weeks, towels are changed once a week or as required.
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement, €2.50 per wash stamp when used.
All prices include the usual additional costs such as electricity, gas, water, heating, broadcasting fees, garbage fees, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, soap and the proper use of the existing furniture.

Bei uns mieten vor allem Menschen, welche für einen Job, Ausbildung oder Studium neu nach Stuttgart gezogen sind.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 1 Monat, manchen Mieter sind aber schon Jahre bei uns.

Aber wir haben auch Mieter, welche als Mitarbeiter von Firmen jedes Jahr wiederkehrend da sind zum Wasen, Weihnachtsmarkt, Tanzfestival und vieles mehr.
Kleinere Haustiere sind in Absprache mit uns bzw. den Mitbewohnern zulässig.
