Thanks to the two windows in your room you'll receive enough daylight and if you're lucky enough even sunlight every now and then. The room will be handed over with darkening curtains, a storage compartment above the door and a hanging perfect hanging rail fixed to the wall. In addition to that the kitchen is quite new and the lights in the whole flat were handed over. This is why there's a transfer fee mentioned in the description. The wooden floor is just beautiful and gives the flat and your room a special touch.
I just moved into the flat myself but it would be awesome if you could imagine being the main tenant after a while since I do not know about my plans in the future that certain.

Dein neues Zimmer ist mit zwei Fenstern schön hell und du bekommst die Sonne ab. Mit zu vergeben sind die eingebauten Ablagen, eine an die Wand gefestigte Kleiderstange und die Leuchten in der Wohnung. Zusätzlich dazu wurde die Küche neu eingebaut, weshalb eine Ablösesumme genannt ist. Der Holzboden ist wunderschön und gibt der Wohnung einen super gemütlichen Touch.
Es wäre super, wenn du dir vorstellen könntest nach geraumer Zeit HauptmieterIn zu werden, ich bin selbst erst in die Wohnung eingezogen und weiß noch nicht genau was meine Pläne in Zukunft sein werden.
Regarding the location you couldn't live anywhere more central.
There's pretty much everything around you within a 10min walk radius.
Of course this is something you need to want but on the other hand it is also something you easily get used and accustomed to.
You have bars around the corner, a gym for your health as well in less than 2 minutes reachable, same as various restaurants, the main shopping street, different forms of shops, bus stops, metro stops and the "S-Bahn" around the corner. and within walkable distance.
To me, I am 26, studying in Ludwigsburg and I just moved back to Stuttgart myself to finish my studies. I lived in Lisbon, Portugal for the last two years and would describe myself as an open-minded, interested, outgoing, friendly and fun person. But more to me, when we get there. I'm better face to face ; )
I'm looking for someone likeminded, it doesn't matter where you're from but if we'd share some hobbies and interests I bet living together would be a lot more fun.
In case you are interested, please send me a short introduction or some facts about you and again if I feel like we could get along, more to you also when we get there ; )
The only special thing you may need to get used to is the location and the fact that the flat is, although renovated, an old one, meaning the shower is in the kitchen. Therefore it is important to me to find someone with whom living together seems to be comfortable and relaxed as well as a person whom I eventually trust.
This offer is definitely no offer to just share a flat but a living situation and therefore wanted to be shared with someone I'm on the same page with. : )
