Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und ist Teil einer insgesamt sechsköpfigen Wohngemeinschaft. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Es ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett mit Schubladen, einem Schrank, einem Regal, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl. Die Wohngemeinschaft verfügt über eine Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten (Herd, Backofen, Spülbecken) und ausreichend Stauraum. Es gibt auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Die Küche und das Bad werden von den Bewohnern der Wohngemeinschaft gemeinsam genutzt. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Waschraum im Keller, in dem jeder mit seiner Studentenkarte (die beim Hausmeister oder mit der ECUS-Karte der Universität beantragt werden kann) waschen kann. Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage, in der man einen Parkplatz für zusätzliche 50 Euro mieten kann. Dies kann bei Bedarf beim Hausmeister erfragt werden.
Die Miete beinhaltet Heizung, Wasser, Abwasser, Strom und Müll. Internet kann über Selfnet leicht gebucht werden und kostet 8,5 Euro pro Monat.

The room is located on the first floor of the building and is part of a shared apartment with a total of six people. There is an elevator. It is fully furnished with a bed with drawers, a wardrobe, a shelf, a desk, and a chair. The shared apartment has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances (stove, oven, sink) and sufficient storage space. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen and bathroom are shared by the residents of the apartment. The building has a laundry room in the basement where everyone can do their laundry using their student card (which can be obtained from the caretaker or with the university's ECUS card). There is also an underground parking garage where a parking space can be rented for an additional 50 euros. This can be inquired about with the caretaker if needed.
Rent includes heating, water, sewage, electricity, and trash. Internet can be easily booked through Selfnet and costs 8.5 euros per month.

Die Studentenwohnanlage befindet sich direkt neben dem Möhringen Bahnhof und ist daher in weniger als einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 25 Minuten erreichbar, und die Universität Stuttgart (Vahingen) ist 20 Minuten entfernt. Kaufland befindet sich direkt neben der Wohnanlage. Außerdem gibt es Ärzte, Apotheken und Paketannahmestellen in der Nähe. In der Umgebung gibt es auch das Hallenbad Sonnenberg und Naturgebiete zum Spazieren oder Joggen.

The student residential complex is located right next to Möhringen Bahnhof and is therefore within walking distance in less than a minute. The city center can be reached in 25 minutes by public transportation, and the University of Stuttgart (Vahingen) is 20 minutes away. Kaufland is located right next to the residential complex. Additionally, there are doctors, pharmacies, and package pickup points nearby. In the surroundings, there is also the Sonnenberg indoor swimming pool and natural areas for walking or jogging.
Das Zusammenleben in der Wohngemeinschaft ist ruhig. Auch wenn das Apartment mit fünf weiteren Personen geteilt wird, treten normalerweise keine Probleme beim Kochen oder der Nutzung der Badezimmer auf. Im Allgemeinen ist es angenehm, in einer Wohngemeinschaft zu leben.

The co-living in the shared apartment is peaceful. Even though the apartment is shared with five other people, there are usually no issues when it comes to cooking or using the bathrooms. In general, it is pleasant to live in a shared apartment.
Bei kleineren Schäden, wie zum Beispiel einem defekten Licht, genügt es, den Hausmeister zu informieren, und er wird die Reparaturen zeitnah erledigen. Reinigungsmittel können beim Hausmeister angefragt werden.
Die Untervermietung bezieht sich auf ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft in einer Studentenwohnanlage mit insgesamt sechs Personen im Zeitraum Ende Juli bis zum 31.08.2023, da ich vorzeitig ausziehen werde.

The subletting refers to a room in a shared apartment in a student housing facility with a total of six people from the end of July until August 31, 2023, as I will be moving out early.
