This is a student WG with a desk, a shelf, a single bed, and a wardrobe.
There is 1 share kitchen. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets for each gender.
Washing and drying machines are in the underground; washing costs €2,1and drying costs €1,7
Walking distance 1 minute from the WG to Möhringen Bahnhof, and 15 minutes from Möhringen Bahnhof to Stuttgart central station via U-bahn. There are U3, U8, U5, U6, U12 from both directions.
There is a Kaufland supermarket behind the WG and several bakeries and restaurants in 5 minutes of walking.
This area is suburb and mostly quiet but very convenient traffic.
Now there are 3 females and 3 males, all students, in the WG.
From July to September, there would be many foreign students moving in and out.
Roommates are from Germany, Finland, China, etc.
English is the most common language among this WG, but at least 3 roommates can speak German.
From 25. July to 15. September, I will have a summer break from Uni and fly back to my country. I prefer to rent the whole period of time, but if you would like to have short-term renting, you are welcome to e-mail me.
