Möbliertes Zimmer von 20 m2 im Stadtteil Möhringen (Stuttgart). Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohngemeinschaft, die aus insgesamt 3 Zimmern, einem Badezimmer und einer Küche besteht. Du wirst also 2 Mitbewohnerinnen haben, zwei Studentinnen. Diese sind sehr gastfreundlich, respektvoll und ordentlich. Sie sprechen auch sehr gut Englisch. Die Wohnung ist im Allgemeinen ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist dank der beiden großen Fenster sehr hell. Es ist komplett möbliert mit: einem Doppelbett (140x200), einem Kleiderschrank, einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Sofa und einem Couchtisch.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kochplatten, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und einem großen Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, eine Toilette, ein Waschbecken und Schränke. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen Keller und einen Waschraum, in dem sich eine Waschmaschine befindet.
Miete:
Die Miete beträgt 680€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Internet). Die geforderte Kaution beträgt 700€. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.08.2022 verfügbar.

Furnished room of 20 m2 in the district of Mörhingen (Stuttgart). The room is in a shared flat with a total of 3 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. You will have 2 roommates, two female students. They are very friendly, respectful and tidy. They also speak English very well. The flat is generally quiet.
The room is very bright with two large windows. It is fully furnished with a double bed (140x200), a wardrobe, a large desk, a sofa and a coffee table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and storage cabinets. The flat also has a cellar and a laundry room where there is a washing machine.
Rent :
The rent is 680€ including all charges (heating, electricity, water and internet). The deposit required is €700. The room is available from 1/08/2022.
Die Wohnung befindet sich weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß von einem Supermarkt (Penny markt) entfernt, was besonders praktisch ist. Dieser ist die ganze Woche über und samstags von 7:30 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. Es gibt auch einen großen Kaufland, der 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Sigmaringer Straße (U3) nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der Mohringen Bahnhof (U3, U5, U6, U8, U12) 8 Minuten. Das Stadtzentrum (Stuttgart hbf) ist mit der Straßenbahn in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Es ist auch möglich, Parkplätze in der/den angrenzenden Straße/n zu finden.

The flat is less than a minute's walk from a supermarket (Penny markt) which is particularly convenient. The supermarket is open all week and on Saturdays from 7:30am to 9pm. There is also a large Kaufland 8 minutes walk away.
As far as public transport is concerned, the tram stop, Sigmaringer strabe (U3), is only a 4 minute walk away and the Mohringen Bahnhof station (U3, U5, U6, U8, U12) is 8 minutes away. The city centre (Stuttgart hbf) can be reached in about 20 minutes by tram.
Parking spaces can also be found in the adjacent street(s).
