In der Wohnung gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Bad und eine Waschmaschine.
Auf dem Dachboden kann Wäsche getrocknet werden.

Die Lage ist zentral, der Möhringer Stadtkern ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Sigmaringer Straße ist in 5 Minuten, der Möhringer Bahnhof in 10 Minuten bequem zu erreichen.
Es gibt gute Verbindungen zur Universität Stuttgart, bzw. der HdM und an die Universität Hohenheim.
Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich ein Penny Supermarkt.
