Very large room with a size of 35m, divided into 2 parts which gives the option to divide it into a bedroom and living/office room. The apartment is on the ground floor, and the room has its own private entrance.
The room is fully furnished, including all the furniture shown in the pictures (except for the TV & PC screen).
The room is very bright, and there is also a fitted kitchen that includes all the needed appliances (oven+ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, etc.,) and there is a shared living room.
The room will be available from 1st of February (maybe few days earlier).
The apartment is located in Mohringen, 10 minutes walk from Mohringen Bahnhof.
Also it is 3 minutes walk from Plieninger Straße U bahn station.
there are several supermarkets in walking distance; Penny --> 3 mins, Rewe --> 7 mins, Kaufland --> 10 mins
There are also several bakeries and Stuttgart SI Centrumis less than 10 mins walking.
The WG life is very chilled & relaxed.
Your roommate is a German 34 years old guy. He enjoys cooking together and trying new food recipes. He is working in the mornings sometimes from home and sometimes from office.
He is the owner of the apartment, so he likes to take care of everything and ensuring that the apartment is always clean.
The total monthly rent is 680€ including all additional costs (heating, electricity & internet)
