This WG offer contains a nice, quiet, 15 sqm sized room on 1st floor, fully furnished, viewing a green park.
A 5 minutes´ walk takes you to the U-train-station, to a smaller supermarket with post office and bakery, to the butcher´s, the church, or even to the Neckar river with its idyllic paths. The subway line U14 takes you to central Stuttgart in only 22 minutes.
The living room, kitchen with stove, baking oven & fridge (no dish washer) and bathroom with toilet & shower will be shared. In the basement you´ll find the washing mashine as well as a lockable storage room. W-LAN is also available.
The flat is non-smoking. Animals are prohibited by the landlord.
