Hallo zukünftiger neuer Mitbewohner,
Ich habe mich entschieden mit meiner Freundin zsm. zu ziehen. Daher wird dieses schöne Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Milaneo und Hauptbahnhof frei.
Die WG werde ich schweren Herzens verlassen. Deine neuen Mitbewohner werden Jakob 29 - BWL Student der HfT Stuttgart und Hannah - Sie macht ein Praktikum bei Porsche.
Die Wg war keinesfalls eine reine Zweck-Wg. Wir haben mindestens einmal in der Woche etwas gemeinsam unternommen, aber alles sehr ungezwungen.
Kurz noch ein bisschen zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und eine Küche. Dusche und WC sind voneinander getrennt und einen Fahrradkeller gibt es auch noch. Zu der Straßenbahnhaltestelle bzw. Zum Milaneo brauchst du rund 2min zu Fuß und in 5-10min bist du am Hauptbahnhof. In der Miete sind alle Kosten wie Warmwasser und Strom abgedeckt. Die 190 Euro Ablösevereinbarung beläuft sich auf die Küche und ist einmalig zu entrichten.
