Mein Praktikum in Stuttgart endet früher als erwartet, daher suche ich jemanden, der mich für die nächsten 3 Monate in meinem Zimmer zur Untermiete ersetzt. Es ist ein kleines, aber feines Zimmer, verfügbar von Anfang Juli bis Mitte September.
Das Apartment ist eine niedliche WG in Stuttgart Nord für 3 Personen. Das Zimmer (ca. 9 m2) wird möbliert vermietet mit einem 1,20m breiten Bett und einer Regalwand, die ich als Garderobe nutze. Es ist ein wirklich gemütliches und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit genügend Stauraum. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, eine freundliche helle Küche mit schönem Essbereich und ein kleines, aber funktionelles Badezimmer. Wir haben sogar eine Spülmaschine. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Hauptbahnhofs, mit der U-Bahn in der Nähe (10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Kunstakademie und 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt). Das Gebäude ist ein Altbau mit einer 3 Meter hohen Decke, der renoviert wurde, als meine Mitbewohner eingezogen sind. Wir haben eine Waschküche und einen Fahrradraum im Hinterhof, sowie einen Keller. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, so dass man Zugang zum kleinen Hinterhof hat, wo man im Sommer schön sitzen kann.

Hello everyone!
My internship in Stuttgart is ending sooner than expected, so I'm looking for someone to replace me in the room I'm subletting for the next 3 months. It's a small but really nice room, available from the beginning of July to mid-septembre.
The apartment is a cute flat share in Stuttgart North for 3 people. The room (approx. 9 m2) is rented out furnished with a 1.20m wide bed and a wall of shelves that I use as a wardrobe. It's a really cosy and nicely laid out room, with enough storage furniture. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a friendly bright kitchen with a nice dining area, and small but functional bathroom. We even have a dishwasher. It's really near the city center and the Main station, with the subway nearby (10-minute walk to the art academy and 15 to the city center). The building is really typical, it's an old building with a 3-meter-high ceiling that had been renovated when my flatmates moved in. We have a laundry room and bike room in the backyard, as well as a basement. The apartment is on the first floor so there is access to the small backyard where it is nice to sit in summer.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind Elias (27) und Max (25), beide Architekturstudenten an der Universität Stuttgart. Elias macht dieses Semester seine Masterarbeit und wird Ende des Semesters ausziehen. Wenn Sie also länger bleiben möchten, ist dies nach dem Semester möglich. Die beiden Jungs konzentrieren sich auf ihre Studien, daher ist die Atmosphäre wirklich ruhig und friedlich, aber sie sind immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben und bieten oft an, gemeinsam zu Abend zu essen. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und freundschaftlich, aber auch verantwortungsvoll und eigenverantwortlich.
Wir suchen jemanden zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren, vorzugsweise mit WG-Erfahrung.

My two roommates are Elias (27) and Max (25), both architecture students at the University of Stuttgart. Elias is doing his master's thesis this semester and will move out at the end of the semester. So if you would like to stay longer, it will be possible after the semester. Both of the boys are concentrating in their studies so the atmosphere is really quiet and peaceful, but they are always up for a chat and often offer to share dinner. The WG life is relaxed and friendly, but also responsible and autonomous.
We are looking for someone between the ages of 20 and 30, preferably with some experience in shared flats.
Die Miete beträgt 315 € alles inklusive. Den genauen Ein- und Auszugstermin können wir individuell festlegen, aber ich werde am 2. Juli aus der Wohnung ausziehen. Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich.
