I have to move to a new city so I’m looking for a nice, friendly and neat person to take over my current room. Your new room is 12sqm with white walls and dark parquet flooring. The entire flat has the bathroom separate from toilet. The kitchen is pretty nice and our dishwasher is currently out of use. There’s wireless internet included in the rent and we definitely have a basement where you can keep your extra stuff.
The apartment is right in front of the Helfferichstrasse bus stop with a lovely KATZ bakery opposite it. Definitely not the quietest region but it’s really homely. You can take the 44 Bus in the direction of Westbahnhof and Killesberg. In less than 20 mins, you can walk to the Hauptbahnhof and that's very convenient. This is a perfect location if you love evening walks uphill or downhill. Also, if you study at the ABK, it's only 3 stops away and only about 12mins walk. There’s a neighborhood Edeka In less than 3 minutes away. Your new room is nicely situated so you can see the sunrise every morning. I love that, you probably would too.
It’s a 3-room WG with one male and one female. We meet up in the kitchen and have nice chats on some evenings and this isn’t based on any schedules so you can decide whatever works for you. It’s essential that we keep the house clean so everyone stays very conscious about cleaning up after themselves. No worries, you’ll have the best flatmates ever!
