There are 5 rooms in total out of which 1 is to offer. This room is the biggest room in the flat. The room consists of a bed with a mattress, a study table, a chair, a wardrobe, and two small shelves.
The room has a wooden floor so no worries during winter. Great ventilation and heating are also included.

Tyuoshi does his ausbildung
Ayoub is a full-time employee who works all over Europe and stays in the flat only for 1 week.
The other two guys just left for new career opportunities and new guys are going to join our flat soon.
I am also moving out for new career opportunity and hence looking for a replacement.
