Da ich unsere WG bald verlassen werde, sind wir auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin oder einem neuen Mitbewohner.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist mit 12 qm² zwar nicht besonders groß, bietet aber genug Platz um alles wichtige unterzubringen. Das Zimmer hat eine Schräge und ein großes Fenster, durch das Tagsüber sehr viel Licht in das Zimmer kommt.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben. Ich lasse das Bett, beide Schränke und den Schreibtisch mit Stuhl da. Und würde dafür 400€ verlangen.
Für die Möbel und Geräte, die von der WG in den letzten Jahren angeschafft wurden wird eine Ablöse von 330€ fällig, diese bekommst du anteilig bei deinem Auszug wieder zurück.
Die Wohnung ist 87 qm2 groß. Sie besteht aus 4 WG-Zimmern, zwei Bädern (davon eins mit Dusche + Klo), einer Küche und einem schönen großen Wohn-Esszimmer mit Balkon. Wir sind auch sehr gut ausgestattet mit allmöglichen Utensilien, was dich aber nicht davon abhalten soll, deine Lieblingssachen mitzubringen!

Since I will be leaving our shared apartment soon, we are looking for a new roommate.
Your future room, although not particularly large at 12 square meters, provides enough space to accommodate all the essentials. It has a sloped ceiling and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light during the day.
The room will be furnished. I will leave the bed, both wardrobes, and the desk with a chair. I would ask for 400€ for these furnishings.
There is also a fee of 330€ for the furniture and appliances that the apartment has acquired over the years, which you will receive back proportionally when you move out.
The apartment is 87 square meters in total. It consists of 4 shared rooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower + toilet), a kitchen, and a lovely large living-dining room with a balcony. We are well-equipped with all sorts of utensils, but feel free to bring your favorite items along!

Gelegen ist unsere WG in Obertürkheim direkt an den Weinbergen. Hier gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte, eine Apotheke, eine Poststelle, ein Café und Restaurants. Den Bahnhof Obertürkheim erreichst du in ca. 7 min zu Fuß, von der du innerhalb von 12 min am Stuttgarter Hbf oder innerhalb von 5 min in Esslingen am Neckar bist.
Hier noch einige wichtige Anlaufstationen:
Aldi Süd und Cap Markt (5 min zu Fuß)
Lidl (8 min zu Fuß)
Stuttgart Flughafen (49 min mit dem Bus, direkte Verbindung)
Generell kann man hier super spazieren gehen z.B. durch die schönen Weinberge bis hin zur Grabkapelle :)

Our shared apartment is located in Obertürkheim, right next to the vineyards. Here, you'll find various supermarkets, a pharmacy, a post office, a café, and restaurants. The Obertürkheim train station is about a 7-minute walk away, from where you can reach Stuttgart Central Station in about 12 minutes or Esslingen am Neckar in just 5 minutes.
Here are some important points of interest:
Aldi Süd and Cap Markt (5 minutes on foot)
Lidl (8 minutes on foot)
Stuttgart Airport (49 minutes by bus, direct connection)
In general, it's great for taking walks here, for example, through the beautiful vineyards all the way to the Grabkapelle (Mausoleum).

Zusammenleben wirst du mit uns, Cira, Narender und Ehsan
Cira (18) fängt gerade ihr Studium an der HdM an und ist immer ready für einen kleinen Tratsch mit einem leckeren Tee und ein paar Keksen. Über Unterstützung von einem weiteren HdMler würde sie sich sehr freuen.
Ehsan (28) ist erst letztens nach Deutschland gekommen und fängt jetzt einen neuen Job in Stuttgart an. Er ist schon viel in der Welt rum gekommen und lernt immer gerne neue Leute kennen. Außerdem freut er sich immer über Leute die mit ihm Stuttgart erkunden und neu kennenlernen.
Narender lebt schon seit einiger Zeit in Deutschland, hat sein Studium hier abgeschlossen und steht jetzt im Arbeitsleben. Er ist locker drauf und immer bereit für einen Abend mit gutem Essen und interessanten Unterhaltungen.
Da wir eine international WG sind sprechen wir häufig englisch.
Uns ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. Hierzu zählt: Humor, offene Kommunikation, gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und Empathievermögen. Wenn wir Zeit finden, verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander beispielsweise bei einem gemeinsamen Abendessen, Spieleabende oder bei einem kleinen Spaziergang in den Weinbergen. Alles nach dem Motto "alles kann, nichts muss". Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns natürlich ebenfalls sehr wichtig, weshalb wir einen wöchentlich rotierenden Putzplan haben.

Cira (18) is just starting her studies at HdM and is always ready for a little chat over a delicious tea and some cookies. She would greatly appreciate the support of another HdM student.
Ehsan (28) has recently arrived in Germany and is starting a new job in Stuttgart. He has traveled extensively and always enjoys meeting new people. He also looks forward to exploring and getting to know Stuttgart with others.
Narender has been living in Germany for some time, completed his studies here, and is now working. He's laid-back and always up for an evening of good food and interesting conversations.
Since we're an international flatshare, we often speak English. Harmonious coexistence is very important to us. This includes humor, open communication, mutual respect, and empathy. When we find the time, we enjoy spending time together, for example, with shared dinners, game nights, or taking a stroll in the vineyards. Everything follows the motto "everything is possible, nothing is mandatory." Cleanliness and order are also very important to us, which is why we have a weekly rotating cleaning schedule.
