Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und nach vorn zur Straße hin ausgerichtet, Vorteil dabei ist dass es im Sommer auf der Schattenseite liegt, ansonsten befinden sich Bett,Schreibtisch,Schrank,Regal als Standardausstattung vom Studentenheim im Zimmer.
The room is very bright and facing the street, the advantage is that it is on the shady side in summer, otherwise there is a bed, desk, closet, shelf as standard equipment from the student residence in the room.
Lage
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man befindet sich direkt zwischen den Haltestellen/Stöckach & Neckartor mit denen man in 3-4 min den Charlottenplatz erreicht oder in 5-10 min die Stadtmitte. In die andere Richtung geht es rüber nach Bad Canstatt. Nebenan befindet sich direkt der Untere Schlossgarten, in 10-15 min ist man mit der Bahn oder auch zu Fuß am HBF.
The location is very central, you are right between the stops/Stöckach & Neckartor with which you can reach Charlottenplatz in 3-4 minutes or the city center in 5-10 minutes, when you take the other direction you reach Canstatt in 10minutes.
Next to the building is the Untere Schlossgarten(Park), in 10-15 minutes you can also walk to the main trainstation
WG-Leben
Die WG hat jeweils 2 Badezimmer und eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit je 2 Kühlschränken
Aktuell sind wir zu 5 in der WG, ich und 2 meiner Mitbewohner sind alle gleichzeitig weg und mieten teilweise unter oder das Zimmer bleibt leer. Ansonsten sind noch ein Mädchen und ein Junge in der WG, meist bleibt aber jeder eher für sich.
The Flat has 2 Bathrooms & one Kitchen with 2 Fridges. We are 5 Students at the moment, me & to other students are not in Stuttgart at the same time, so we 3 will rent our rooms or some stay empty. The other to Students are one boy and one girl, but everyone in the flat is mostly to themselves.
