Eine sehr helle 6-Zimmer Wohnung (ca 120m2) nur 100m vom Park Villa Berg in Stuttgart-Ost entfernt und 10 Minuten von der Stuttgarter Innenstadt mit einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche, sowie einem kompletten Badezimmer inkl. Badewanne und einem extra Gäste-WC!

Das Gebäude, sowie die Wohnung sind renoviert und verfügen daher über eine renovierte Fassade und modernem Interieur (Treppenhaus, Haustür, Wohnungstür). Durch ihre höhe (2. Obergeschoss) ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch hochwertige Fließen im Badezimmer und Gäste-WC, sowie neuem Laminat in den Zimmern aus und verfügt über brandneue Fenster. Das komplette Badezimmer enthält eine Badewanne mit neuen Garnituren, sowie neuen Fließen. Das Gäste-WC enthält die selben Fließen. Als Mieter bekommt man außerdem Zugriff auf einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, sowie Kellerraum. Zudem ist in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden.

The building, as well as the apartment have recently been renovated and therefore have a renovated facade and modern interior (staircase, front door, apartment door). Due to its height (2nd floor) the apartment is very bright. The apartment is characterized by high-quality tiles in the bathroom and guest toilet, as well as new laminate in the rooms and has brand new windows. The full bathroom contains a bathtub with new trimmings, as well as new tiles. The guest toilet contains the same tiles. As a tenant you also get access to a storage space for bicycles, as well as basement space. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer sehr ruhigen Straße in einer der schönsten Wohngegenden Stuttgarts, Stuttgart Ost (Berg). Vom Gebäude erreicht man in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß die U-Bahn Station Mineralbäder, sowie eine schöne Bäckerei, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und das von Stuttgartern geliebte Leuze Thermalbad! In nur 100m erreicht man außerdem den Park Villa Berg, in dem Paare, Familien und Freunde gerne sonnige Nachmittage verbringen.

Abgesehen von der näheren Nachbarschaft befindet sich die Wohnung in extremer Nähe zur Stuttgarter Innenstadt, sodass man in nur 4 Autominuten oder 13 Minuten mit der U-Bahn die Innenstadt (Hauptbahnhof) erreicht. Dadurch kann man auch dort die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars etc. bequem nutzen!

From the flat, you can reach the underground station (U-Bahn) Mineralbäder, as well as a nice bakery, a grocery store, shopping facilities, and the Leuze thermal bath, which is beloved by Stuttgarter, in just 3 minutes on foot! In just 100m you can also reach the Park Villa Berg, where couples, families, and friends enjoy spending sunny afternoons.

Apart from the close neighborhood, the apartment is extremely close to downtown Stuttgart, as one can reach the city center (main station/Hauptbahnhof) in just 4 minutes by car or 13 minutes by U-Bahn. Therefore, you can comfortably use the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. there as well!
