Die Wohnung ist wie das gesamt Haus komplett neu saniert. Insgesamt stehen uns 3 Zimmer zur Verfügung. Jeder hat ein ca. 13 qm großes eigenes (Schlaf)Zimmer. Wir teilen uns das große Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Essküche (inkl. Spülmaschine für ein entspanntes WG-Leben :). Das Bad mit Dusche und Badewann ist getrennt vom WC. Für genügend Stauraum sorgt eine Abstellkammer sowie ein eigener Kellerraum. Den großen Garten mit eigenem Gartenhaus und Grillstelle dürfen wir mitbenutzen. Im Haus gibt es insgesamt 8 Wohnungen mit wirkliche netten Nachbarn, meist junge Familien.
Die Lage ist wirklich top, zwischen Gablenberg und Stuttgart Ost, nahe der Bosch Villa. Die U15 Haltestelle Heidehofstraße erreichst du zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle (Straußstaffel) mit guter Verbindung zum Schlossplatz in sogar nur 3 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs wie Bäcker und Supermarkt sind auch problemlos zu erlaufen.
Ich habe bisher immer gute Erfahrungen mit WGs gemacht, wenn jeder seinen Freiraum hatte, man aber auch nicht aneinader vorbei gelebt hat. Ein gutes Miteinander ist mir wichtig. Also keine Zweck-WG. Freue mich, wenn man sich ab und an austauscht, was zusammen kocht, auch mal was zusammen unternimmt. Aber alles völlig zwanglos. Bereichernd fände ich, wenn unser WG-Leben auf einer geteilte Glaubensbasis stünde. Und, da ich selbst ordentlich bin, wäre es glaub ganz gut, wenn Du das auch bist ;-) Ich bin voll für Spaß und dafür die Feste zu feiern wie sie fallen. Nur "party everyday" sollte es nicht sein. Bin sicher das wird gut!
