Schön geschnittenes und helles Zimmer in renovierter Wohnung. Die komplette Wohnung wurde 2018 kernsaniert und hat eine gehobene Ausstattung. Das Zimmer liegt an einer ruhigen Straße in optimaler Lage mit Blick über Stuttgart ost. In den 465€ Warmmiete ist alles enthalten außer die GEZ, die müsstest du mit den anderen Bewohnern aufteilen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Keller, die nur für die Wohnung im 3. OG bestimmt ist.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Stuttgart ost, die Bushaltestellen liegen etwa 2min entfernt und man kann den HBF mit der Linie 40 und 42 in 6min erreichen. Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in direkter Reichweite.
Es leben derzeit Florian und Luisa in der WG, die beiden sind in der Ausbildung bzw. studieren. Die beiden achten sehr auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit, genießen gerne mal ihre Ruhe, sind aber auch offen für nette Gespräche :) Luisa zieht zum ebenfalls zum 01.02. aus, sodass sich die WG im Prinzip wieder neu findet.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet ab dem 1. februar.
