Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Franca leider auszieht suchen wir Verstärkung für unsere WG!
Dein Zimmer ist hell, hat große Fenster und ist zu einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Wir wohnen in einem wunderschönen sanierten Altbau im 1. OG. Das Zimmer ist mit 22qm sehr geräumig und hat zudem hohe Decken, bietet also viel Platz für alle Deine Dinge. Weiteren Stauraum gibt es auch im Keller. Die Möbel können teilweise nach Absprache übernommen werden, das Zimmer kann aber auch komplett unmöbliert vermietet werden.
Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche kommt man auf den Balkon, auf dem wir im Sommer gerne zusammensitzen.

Hello everyone,
our current roommate Franca is leaving us for a new job outside of town, so we are looking for someone to join us!
The room is very bright and has a high ceiling. The large windows go out to a quiet side street. The room is very spacious and will likely fit all your things comfortably, but there's also additional storage space in the basement.
Some of the Franca's furniture currently in the room could potentially stay there, but you can also choose to take over the room completely empty if you prefer.
The apartment features a roomy corridor, and of course bathroom and WC (separate). The fully equipped kitchen leads to the beautiful balcony, where we like to hang out in the summer.
Die WG befindet sich unweit der Haltestelle Stöckach. Supermärkte, Verkehrsanbindung und alles andere notwendige befindet sich in unmittelbarer fußläufiger Nähe. Auch der Schlossgarten ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Spaziergänge oder joggen im Grünen sind daher ebenfalls möglich.

The apartment is situated very close to 'Stöckach' station (about 4 mins walking), which offers excellent connections to anywhere in town.
We live in a wonderful, newly renovated 'old' building on the first floor. It's on a side street, so we're not bothered by the traffic noise from Neckarstraße.
Supermarkets, bakeries, hair salons atc. are all in walking distance, and Schlossgarten is also just a few minutes by foot. Perfect for a quick run or a walk in the park.
Deine beiden potentiellen Mitbewohner Lukas und Adrianna sind aufgeschlossen und entspannt. Lukas ist Musiker und Komponist (übt aber in seinem Proberaum und nicht zu Hause). Adrianna arbeitet in einer Design-Agentur und schreibt ihre Abschlussarbeit. Entsprechend geht es bei uns eher ruhig zu - wir freuen wir uns über gemeinsame Zeit in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon, über kochen, quatschen oder sonstige Unternehmungen. Da unsere WG im Moment international zusammengesetzt ist, wird bei uns ein Mix aus Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen.
Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Unsere sehr liebe Putzhilfe Alexandra kommt zweimal im Monat und reinigt die Gemeinschaftsräume. Ihr Honorar ist schon in der Miete enthalten. Für die Wochen dazwischen gibt es einen Putzplan und verteilte Zuständigkeiten für Müll etc., wie in den meisten WGs.
Wir suchen Mitbewohner*innen, die die WG genauso wie wir als gepflegten Ort zum Entspannen und sozialen Miteinander sehen. Grundsätzlich ist die Tür immer offen, um den Abend gemeinsam ausklingen zu lassen.

Your two potential roommates Lukas and Adrianna are very open and relaxed. Lukas is a musician (but he only rehearses in his studio, never at home ;-). Adrianna is working at a design agency and writing her thesis.
We like it quiet and clean, and enjoy spending time together in the kitchen or on the balcony, cooking or ordering in etc. We're looking for a roommate who is communicative and cares about keeping the flat a nice place to relax and enjoy their free time.
We have a lovely cleaning aid called Alexandra who takes care of the common areas in the apartment twice a month. Her fee is already included in the rent. For the weeks in between, we have a cleaning plan as in most shared apartments, and we also take good care continuously to keep our home neat.
Du würdest gemeinsam mit Lukas Hauptmieter*in der Wohnung werden. Wenn du Interesse hast, dann schreib gern eine Nachricht und erzähle ein bisschen was über dich, was du so machst, deine Hobbys und wie du dir dein WG Leben vorstellst.
Die Besichtigungen führen wir entweder online oder vor Ort mit Maske durch.
