I have a room available from the 1st of January in a WG. The WG is very nicely located in Stuttgart Ost. Busses and an U Bahn are available (3-5 minutes to bus stations and 10 minutes walk to U Bahn). It is a very nice, big, furnished room and the WG itself is very charming and comfortable. We are currently 5 people living here and all are students or full time workers. We have a great atmosphere and respect each other’s space and privacy but also we don’t mind spending time together.
We got 5 rooms in a house and a kitchen/common area as well as one and a half bathrooms. My room is furnished, it has a big bed, a chair, shelfs and a table. The closet is brand new from IKEA which is the only thing that i purchased myself and I’m willing to sell it to a next tenant or otherwise I can also take it with me. The room is nice and warm since it is getting colder outside. The neighbourhood is very quite but the city centre is literally 5 minutes away by bus.
