ROOM
I will be leaving for 2 months for my Europe trip and will therefore sublet my room in the WG.
The room is very quiet, fully furnished (double bed, 2x closet, Ikea shelf (currently my small closet), small table, large desk) and has a square cut. The floor is laminate and it has a large north facing double window. The window also has a shutter.
In our large shared apartment we have a living room with a projector, a hallway, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a washing machine and shower, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven and a gas stove (best!). There is a small balcony.
LOCATION
We are very good located.
Public transport = We have the bus 42 two houses further, so it is not loud and yet you are right at the stop (Straußstaffel). It will take you downtown in 6 minutes.
8 minutes from home is the line 40 (Tunnel Ostportal). From there it is two stops to the main station (or further into the city).
About the surrounding = In front of the house are the stairs to the Straußstaffel, one of the viewpoints that are really great but not super overcrowded ...Ostendplatz and Eugensplatz are also not far away (10min).
For shopping = 10min on foot or 3min by bus and you are at Aldi (+vegetable / fruit shop). If you stay on the bus you come out at Ostendplatz where the Rewe is. In the other direction, at Olgaeck, is a Lidl. In the house next door we have a small mini-shop with baked goods and a parcel station.
LIVING
As I said, I'll pack my things and leave for my big adventure. Paul will remain, a super nice, communicative guy who is currently doing an internship in an IT company after his BA studies and otherwise likes to skate or juggle outside.
The third person will (also) move in in April and we are still in the process of finding him/her. The person will definitely be as cool as me and Paul :P
So far we have lived very easily and cozy together. If you feel like hanging out, there is always someone. And if you prefer (or need) some rest, then you can have that at any time.
OTHER
The complete rent is €450 (per month/ 4 weeks) and includes everything.
Describe yourself a bit, how you assess and what you like...
We look forward to here from you! :)
PLEASE NOTE
A short word about cleaning and chaos: We don't exaggerate, it's not a hospital.
Buuut: it just should be natural for you to clean the kitchentable after cooking and to look a little bit after the self-made dirt.
Unfortunately, we have also had experiences with roommates who, after 3 months, have not been able to close the window at night in winter, or to turn off the boiler or the gas stove or or or...
So please don't contact if you feel like you are a person who is very often, very strongly absent-minded or confused
And after all the gloomy words: We're really looking forward to the rest! :D
