My room is available for rent for short-term as I am moving out. Early move-in from 16th March onwards is also possible.
Room is big and well lit. Well-carpeted room with built-in cupboard on the entire east side provides enough space for everything, two windows on the south side illuminate the room very well and are ideal for plants. There are plenty of power outlets and the router is closest to the room.
There is furniture in the cellar which you can set-up in the room for your use.
The location in Plieningen offers everything you need for everyday life. Supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are all less than a 5-minute walk away and there are also several restaurants and a hairdresser nearby. The bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away and takes you to Hohenheim University in 5 minutes and to the city center in about 30 minutes.
We are currently only men in the shared flat but are also happy to accept women. We are not a functional flat share, we prefer to chat in the kitchen and maintain a generally friendly relationship. We also like to party or do something together, but we are not a party flat share. The rotating cleaning schedule ensures cleanliness so that no one shirks work. The other neighbors in the house are all families and very friendly.
