The room is bright and spacious with a large south-side window, it has direct access to a nice balcony of ca. 10 m^2 which is shared by all flat mates. It is located in the ground floor of an 1980s apartment building. The room will be transferred with basic furniture such as a bed, a wardrobe and dressers, a desk, shelves and a couch for which a one-time transfer fee of 150 Euro is charged. Additional to the basic rent (Kaltmiete) of 350 Euro per month, 55 Euro are payed for utilities to the landlord and 30 Euros for Internet and electricity to the shared WG-account.

The apartment is located in a quiet area in Plieningen, near to the University of Hohenheim with its huge and beautiful parks and botanical garden. In 10-15 minutes you can reach most places on campus depending on where you need to go. The center of Plieningen with with all kind of shops, restaurants and a grocery store is only 5 minutes walking distance.The next bus stop is only 3 minutes walk from the apartment (Fraubronnstraße), metro 15 minutes (Universität Hohenheim). If you want to go to stuttgart city it can take you about 35 minutes, the airport is 15 minutes by bus.
Our WG is composed of Master students and former Master students of international programs of the University Hohenheim. It is an international WG and hence speaking English should not be a problem for you. If you are an internationally oriented student that would be ideal. We like to spend time together once in while, meet in the kitchen to cook, have a drink of play game together. Cleaning of the shared place is done rotatory by one person on a weekly basis. It is important that you are respectful and tidy. Some consumable items such as
detergent or toilet paper are shared and everybody pays its balance at the end of the month (about 5 €).
